BAIXIN SHANG DA LIMITED is based in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, developing and supplying men's and women's leather shoes, leather boots and casual sneakers. From hide selection to last-making, stitching and final inspection, the key steps stay in our own workshop — giving brands, wholesalers and cross-border sellers a steady supply and a workable path to custom production.

    皮料筛选Hide selection

    头层牛皮、羊皮、磨砂皮与牛剖层，按手感、厚度与纹路逐张挑选，控制色差与伤残。Full-grain cowhide, sheep, suede and split leather — chosen sheet by sheet for hand, thickness and grain.

  2. 02

    楦型与打版Last & pattern

    按目标市场脚型修楦，先出样鞋确认上脚效果，再放大货版。Lasts are adjusted to the target market; a sample pair is approved before bulk patterns are cut.

  3. 03

    缝制与成型Stitching & lasting

    固特异沿条、胶粘与注塑工艺按款选用；车线与边油逐双修整。Goodyear welt, cemented or injected construction per style; stitching and edge finishing trued pair by pair.

  4. 04

    检验与包装Inspection & packing

    成双检验、尺码配比、内外箱标识，可配合客户贴标与出口单证。Pair-by-pair inspection, size assortment and carton marking; labelling and export paperwork to order.
